TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES

It is important to read and fully understand what you agree to when you access our website or when you check the box for 'I understand the Terms and Conditions.' Please understand our policies before you sign.

This document, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions for Services" establishes the legally binding terms and conditions governing services and disclaimers pertaining to the nature and outcome of services provided by Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands, collectively referred to as the “Practitioner(s)” or “Service Provider(s).” By scheduling an appointment for services, or participating in an event, with Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands, you, hereinafter referred to as the “Client(s)” or “Student(s)” expressly acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

Confidentiality of Information shared by the Client with the Practitioner(s):

All information shared by the Client with the Practitioner(s) will be kept confidential.  If the Client wishes to do so, the Client can give consent and written permission to the Practitioner(s) to share the Client’s information with a third party.  The Client is allowed to revoke this permission at anytime.

Client confidentiality is a core foundation, however, if the Practitioner(s) feel at anytime behavior is exhibited by the Client that may be a threat to themselves or others, the Practitioner(s) have an ethical obligation to report this to the appropriate authorities. Services provided by the Practitioner(s) for the Client may be placed on hold until an appropriate level of safety is determined.

Confidentiality of Information Shared by the Practitioner(s) with the Client:

All information that is shared by the practitioner with the client is to be kept private between the Practitioner(s) and the Client. The work and information being shared, as well as the techniques being utilized, is for your personal growth and healing. As such, the information and techniques used by the Practitioner(s) are explicitly prohibited for use by the Client through their own teachings, one-on-one sessions, classes, workshops, retreats, website or internet postings, social media postings, message threads, books, etc., unless express consent has been given. 

Similarly, all classes, workshops, retreats, and other group events facilitated by the Practitioner(s) are for the sole purpose of the Client(s) personal well-being, health, growth, and development.  As such, the information and techniques used by the Practitioner(s) are explicitly prohibited for use by the Client through their own teachings, one-on-one sessions, classes, workshops, retreats, website or internet postings, social media postings, message threads, books, etc., unless express consent has been given. These events are not facilitator trainings, unless they are specified for this purpose. If the Practitioner(s) determine that the Client is not in alignment or integrity with the intentions of the practice being shared, or threaten the safety of any other Clients present, the Practitioner(s) reserve the right to remove the Client from the event, and terminate the purchased service without refund or credit.

Lineage Knowledge and Wisdom

The teachings and information we are sharing has been passed down through lineages, from generation to generation. Through both spiritual lineages and blood lineages.  We have been fortunate to receive the blessings of learning these wisdoms, and have been given permission to share in the way we do so you can also receive healing and support for yourself and family.  

The information that we share has taken decades of learning, much sacrifice, and numerous traditional rituals, ceremonies, and initiations through elders that have kept these sacred practices alive. Additionally, in the lineages we continue to learn and study under, practitioners have sacrificed their lives so that these sacred practices could continue.  As lineage keepers and medicine carriers we do not take this work lightly. 

It would be, in our perspective, a grave disrespect to the ancestors and ancient ones and all of the spirits and energies we work with, for a Client/Student to take this work and share it within their own circle of teaching, without first going through the processes that will give you permission to do so.

  1. What is being taught and shared is for your personal development and evolution.  Although some information may be applicable to others, most often the information is specific for you.  This lends itself to certain awarenesses.  Not only is this is this a matter of deep respect and honoring of lineages, it is also a matter of spiritual safety. 

  2. The Client agrees that they will NOT share the details and information of teachings/rituals/ceremonies on the internet, social media, or with other individuals. This information is solely for your growth, healing,  and development with your Ancestors and Spiritual Guides.  This information is provided specifically for you, and may not be applicable for others.  Therefore, sharing personal teachings with others may, in fact, be a disservice, or potentially a danger, to them.   

  3. The Client agrees that they will NOT share information/teachings/rituals/ceremonies in any of their private classes, workshops, retreats, or any other settings in which the Client is in a position of facilitating or teaching. 

  4. Any sharing of the teachings/ceremonies are not allowed until explicit permission is given at the discretion of the practitioner. Again, this is a matter of respect for the sacredness of these teachings/rituals/ceremonies, the learning process itself, and for the many elders that have carried these traditions forward and have been willing to teach and pass on this information. When permission is given, it is still extremely important to have great discernment in the sharing of this information.  Until then, these methods are for personal use only.

Scheduling Sessions:

  1. Please note that we have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.  When you are scheduling you are committing to yourself and your readiness for transformation and expansion.  We are also committing to being fully present and in support of you and your process.  For more details on our NO REFUND POLICY, please refer to our section REFUND POLICY.

  2. Within 24-48 hours of scheduling you will receive an invoice via email and text.  Payment must be made within 24-48 hours to confirm and hold your session. If the session is scheduled within 24-48 hours of booking, an invoice will be sent and payment is due immediately.

  3. Upon scheduling, please make a note if you would like to have your session via zoom or in person. 

  4. You will receive an automatic email confirming your scheduled appointment with a zoom link.  If you are choosing to meet in person, you can ignore the zoom link. 

  5. 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive a reminder via email and text.  

  6. Sessions are for individuals only. Please do not allow another individual to be present in the room during your reading.  There presence will alter the flow of information that is designated for you.  If you require another individual in the space with you for accessibility reasons please let the Practitioner know and we can accommodate you.

  7. If you would like to have another person present in the session please schedule for a Partners Reading. Any number beyond 2 is considered a group, and are available upon request. Please email us here to inquire.  In addition to the group pricing, any travel fees must also be accommodated.

Minimum Age Requirement

Legally Binding Provisions for Age Requirement

By engaging in services with the Practitioner(s), the Client(s) agrees to the following conditions:

You must be 18 years of age or older to schedule and purchase sessions or attend any classes, workshops, or retreats.  Clients under the age of 18 may engage in these services with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service Providers reserve the right to verify the age of the Client, and any misrepresentation of age may result in the termination of services.  

If you are under the age of 18 years old, please reach out by email and let us know of your desire to work with us.  We will send you a parental/legal guardian agreement for to be filled out and returned prior to any session, class, or workshop.  We reserve the right to confirm directly with the parent/legal guardian after receiving the signed agreement.

By scheduling, purchasing, or engaging in any services offered by the Service Provider(s), the Client(s) acknowledges their understanding of and agreement to the terms stipulated in these provisions, which constitute a legally binding contract between the Client(s) and Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands. The Client(s) further acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to seek independent legal counsel or advice before availing themselves of the services provided by the Practitioners.

LEGALLY BINDING PROVISIONS FOR PAYMENT AND SERVICE DISCLAIMERS

This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Payment and Service Disclaimers," establishes the legally binding terms and conditions governing payment for services and disclaimers pertaining to the nature and outcome of services provided by Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands, collectively referred to as the “Practitioners” or "Service Providers."

  1. Payment Based on Service Duration: Payment for services rendered is contingent upon the duration of time expended on the preparation for and delivery of said services. Clients are hereby informed that the efficacy, success, or results of services are not guaranteed.

  2. No Guarantees on Spirit Communication: The Service Providers specifically disclaim any responsibility or guarantee regarding their ability or inability to establish contact with specific spirits, a predetermined number of spirits, or the provision of responses to specific spiritual inquiries during a session. It is expressly acknowledged that there is no assurance or guarantee that any particular spirit will communicate through Angela Cruz or Benjamin Sands during the session.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Legally Binding Provisions for Payment Requirements

This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Requirements," delineates the legally binding terms and conditions governing payments for consultations, readings, healings, classes, workshops, retreats, rituals, ceremonies and any other services provided and/or facilitated by Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands collectively referred to as the “Practitioners” or "Service Providers”.

  1. Upon scheduling, within 24-48 hours you will receive an invoice via email and text messaging.  Your payment is due within 24-48 hours upon receipt of invoice.  

  2. If you scheduled an appointment that is occurring within 24-48 hours, your payment is due immediately. 

  3. Payment will confirm and hold your scheduled session.

  4. All sessions, classes, workshops, retreats that occur within the state of New Mexico in which both the Practitioner(s) and Client(s) are physically present are subject to  New Mexico Gross Receipts Taxes.

  5. Prices shown for all services, products, consultations, classes, workshops and retreats do not include any applicable taxes or service fees.

NO SHOWS

No shows will result in a canceled appointment with no refund. The practitioner will reach out to the client two (2) times during the first ten (10) minutes of the session.  If the client does not respond this is considered a no show.  

LATE TO APPOINTMENT

It is the responsibility of the client to be on time. If the client is late to the appointment, the original time frame scheduled is still in effect.  For example, if the Client is late ten (10) minutes, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The session will not extend an extra ten (10) minutes to accommodate the tardiness of the Client.

RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS

  1. If the Client would like to reschedule their appointment, they are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. 

  2. If the Client does not reschedule 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, and is a “no show”, it is considered the same as a cancellation, and there will be no refund.  

CANCEL/CHANGE APPOINTMENTS

  1. There are No Refunds for cancelled appointments.  You will receive credit for the amount paid if you meet the following guidelines:

    1. Cancellations must be made through the booking page. 

    2. Clients have cancelled their appointments 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled session.

  1. Clients that cancel their appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not receive credit.

  2. Credit must be used within one year of the cancelled session.  After one year, use of your credit is terminated. It is up to the client to keep track of their available credit, and the length of availability.  Reminders regarding this are not sent.

REFUND POLICY FOR READINGS, HEALINGS OR EVENTS

Legally Binding Provisions for Refund Policy

This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Refund Policy," outlines the legally binding terms and conditions governing the refund process for services provided by Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands.

We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

No Refunds for Specified Services: The Practitioners do not offer refunds for the following services or scenarios, including but not limited to:

  • Private Readings

  • Energy Healings

  • Consultations

  • Private or Group Workshops

  • Private or Group Retreats

  • Online recorded or live classes

  • Package purchases, including unused sessions within a package

  • Mentorships

  • Products

Client Responsibility: The Client acknowledges their responsibility to review and understand this Refund Policy before participating in any services offered by the Service Providers.

By engaging in any of the aforementioned services or making payments to the Practitioners, the Client confirms their comprehension of and agreement to the terms delineated in this Refund Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between the Client and Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands. The Client further acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to seek independent legal counsel or advice prior to utilizing the services or making payments to the Practitioners.

Credit, Transfer of Services, and Donations

In the event that you no longer wish to utilize a purchased service, you may request to transfer your credit to another service.

This transfer is subject to availability and agreement by all parties involved with the following guidelines:

  1. You may request to transfer your credit to another available and comparable service. For example, if you scheduled an Energy Healing Session, but wish to cancel it and transfer the credit to an Ancestral Oracle Reading, you can make a request to do so.  These are comparable sessions. A transfer cannot be made from a private healing session, reading, initial sessions, consultations, or follow ups, mentorships,  to an event, class, workshop, or retreat. These are not comparable sessions.  

  2. If the service that the transfer is being applied to is of greater value, the Client will pay the difference.  

  3. If the service that the transfer is being applied to is of lesser value, the Client will retain the difference in credit. 

  4. Please be aware that if credit is transferred to another service, additional taxes or fees may apply.

You also have the option to offer the unused service as a donation. This donation can be offered to someone referred by you, or, it can be offered to our scholarship fund that goes directly to support BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S persons.

CREDIT AND PACKAGE EXPIRATION

Legally Binding Provisions for Credit and Package Expiration

This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms," establishes the legally binding terms and conditions governing the expiration of credits and packages issued by Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands, collectively referred to herein as the "Practitioners."

  1. Expiration Period: All credits and packages acquired from the Practitioners, including but not limited to those issued as part of service agreements or purchases, shall have a defined expiration period. The expiration period for credits and packages shall be one (1) year from either the date of purchase or the date of the issued credit, as specified at the time of acquisition.

  2. Effect of Expiration: Upon the expiration of credits or packages, the Client shall forfeit any unused portions thereof. The Practitioner(s) shall have no obligation to honor or extend the validity of expired credits or packages.

  3. Notice of Expiration: The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to monitor the expiration date of credits and packages and to utilize them within the designated timeframe. The Practitioner(s) shall not be responsible for notifying the Client of impending expirations.

  4. No Refunds or Extensions: The Practitioner(s) shall not be obligated to provide refunds or extensions for expired credits or packages, except as required by applicable laws or regulations.

Legal and Binding Disclaimer for Services

By scheduling an appointment for services, or participating in an event, with Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands, you, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," expressly acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

  1. Non-Expertise: Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands are not licensed Medical Experts or Attorneys, and as such, they are prohibited from providing, and you understand that they will not provide, any form of Legal advice or Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment during the course of their services.

  2. Personal Responsibility: The Client accepts full responsibility for all actions and decisions taken in their life, exercising their own free will, and acknowledges that Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands will not be held accountable for any consequences arising from such actions or decisions.

  3. No Responsibility for Decisions: Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands disclaim any responsibility for the decisions made by the Client as a result of receiving services from them, and such decisions are subject to the Client's own personal interpretation.

  4. Complementary Services: The services offered by Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, and Benjamin Sands, are not intended to substitute for professional, medical, financial, or legal counseling. The Client is encouraged to seek qualified advice from appropriate professionals in these respective fields when necessary.

The information, content, and materials provided by the Practitioners does not, and is not intended to, constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.  Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information you have received from the Practitioners.  

The information, content, and materials provided by the Practitioners does not, and is not intended to, constitute professional legal, or financial advice.  Always seek the advice of your lawyer or other qualified legal and financial advisor with any questions you may have regarding the law or finances. Never disregard professional legal or financial advice or delay in seeking it because of information you have received from the Practitioners.

Right to Refuse Service

As stipulated in our Terms & Conditions, under Standards of Safety,  we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who we believe are incompatible with our collaborative work. 

Standards of Safety

In our efforts to maintain the highest standards of safety and well-being for the Practitioners and Clients, we are unable to work with individuals who are actively experiencing severe mental instability or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

If you currently taking medications for any mental disorders, we will discern whether or not we feel we can be of support to your needs.  If you are seeking advice related to medications or therapeutic services, we will always refer you directly back to the practitioner you are working with, so that they can determine  how and if you are to make any changes. 

We will never advise that a client should discontinue a medication they are currently on.  We are not doctors, and we do not advise on any medical treatments the Client may be currently receiving. 

Additionally, we will never advise a client to discontinue therapeutic services.  We are not therapists, and we do not advise on the therapeutic services the Client may be currently receiving.

Our commitment to ensuring mental health and safety is of paramount importance:

  1. Client Criteria: We do not accept clients who are actively experiencing serious mental instability, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or using psychotropic pharmaceuticals. Given the deep healing that can occur during our work, such situations may be a potential risk to the Client, Practitioner(s), other Clients that may be having a shared experience such as at a retreat, and to the practice itself of Ndoro Healing Arts LLC. 

  2. Consult Mental Health Professionals: We strongly advise individuals dealing with severe childhood abuse or requiring mental health services to consult licensed mental health professionals. Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

  3. Safety Measures: Our commitment to maintaining a safe environment has led us to turn away clients who do not meet our criteria. We have encountered threatening situations when trying to assist individuals who do not align with our safety standards. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  4. The Practitioner(s) reserve the right to report to the appropriate authorities if a client threatens to cause serious bodily harm to another person or themselves.

Strict Adherence to Professional Boundaries:

The professional relationship established between the Client and with Angela Cruz and/or Benjamin Sands is governed by strict boundaries that are upheld both during and after your collaborative work. Any deviation from these boundaries may compromise the integrity of the Practitioner-Client relationship and the outcomes of any work done together.

Confidentiality:

All services are conducted with the utmost commitment to confidentiality. All information, insights, or details provided during readings or healing sessions shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's express written consent. This confidentiality obligation extends to all aspects of the services, including any information regarding the Client's spouse or loved ones, and shall remain binding indefinitely.

MEDIA RELEASE COMPLIANCE AND UPDATES

Media Release Compliance

Any and all images, photographs, videos, or audiovisual recordings captured at any point during our classes, workshops, retreats and other experiences may be utilized for media and marketing purposes. By participating in our services, the Client grants Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, Angela Cruz, Benjamin Sands,  and associated entities the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such media content for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes. The Client retains the right to request the removal or non-use of their likeness or image upon written request.

Updates

Any new features or tools which are added to the current website or booking page shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website and/or booking page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website and/or booking page following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By signing electronically any contract or form sent to you by Ndoro Healing Arts LLC, and checking the terms and conditions box, you affirm that you understand and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions and disclaimer for all interactions and services provided by Ndoro Healing Arts LLC and its employees, owners, and affiliates.
